travel documents for mexico from canada
I want to travel to Mexico. I have a H1B visa aproval, but not stamp on my pasport.?

I need to travel to Mexico for less than 30 days. I have an approved H1B visa. Im from Venezuela. I dont have my pasport stamped. I talked to an official at the Customs and Border Protection Agency, and he told me that I can re enter with no problem as long as i keep with me this documents: My valid pasport, my vaid I-94, the original approval letter of my H1b visa, a letter from my current employer stating that im still working there and just in case to bring with me my tourist visa. Is this correct? I just want to be 10000% sure that I will be able to reenter the US without the stamp on my visa. He mention that I will reenter under the automatic renewal program as if I had an expired H1b visa. Travel less than 30 days to Mexico or Canada. If any one can confirm this info please let me know. Thanks

You can call the Mexican Embassy and find out for sure. The laws there have changed recently and just to be sure you should call. Customs can sometimes….well ya know. :)
